Online Voting is now open for all current WA Chapter members to vote on new leadership. Participation is very important to make sure we have a robust and representative Board. According to bylaws the nomination period was open to the membership from June 25 – July 31, 2024.

Positions Open for Voting:

2025-26 Board – 4 Positions
Choose four members to serve on the Board of Directors for two year terms. At least one director will be elected to represent that portion of Washington State east of the Cascade Mountains and at least one director will be elected to represent the private sector. (The eastern Washington and private sector candidates, respectively, with the highest numbers of votes will be elected.) Among the remaining candidates, the two nominees with the highest numbers of votes will be elected to the other two Board positions.

  • Grace Richardson, Puget Sound Region Marketing Manager, David Evans and Associates, Inc.

  • Kim Klinkers, PE, City Engineer, City of Lake Stevens
  • Robert Dahn, Director of Public Works/Project Manager, Atwell
  • Charlie Green, PE, Engineering Design Manager, Public Works Engineering Services, Snohomish County
  • Robert McAndrews, MPA, Public Works Director, City of College Place

2025 Secretary 
The winning Secretary candidate, chosen by popular vote, will serve on the Board in succeeding roles from Secretary to President starting their duties as Secretary next year.

  • Erik Martin, PE, South Puget Sound Principal, HDR
  • Justin Matthews, Principal / Transportation Project Manager, KPFF Consulting Engineers

The following candidates are currently serving as Officers and are proposed as succeeding to the next Officer role as shown below.
