Fundraising for APWA students scholarships is helmed by the Scholarship/Student Outreach Committee Chair, Justin Matthews (justin.matthews@kpff.com) and the Golf Committee Chair, Dan Ireland (dan.ireland@scjalliance.com). In 2023 the committees jointly raised over $10k in support of student public works scholarships.
Where does our funding come from?
Donations come from attendees/exhibitors/companies as an optional add-on to conference registration. Companies can also sponsor the golf tournaments held in conjunction with the Spring and Fall conferences as a stand-alone event. We are working on the capability to take donations online, in the meantime if you’d like to donate, please contact Justin Matthews.
