Jenn Saugen PE, Perteet jennifer.saugen@perteet.com

About Jenn:

I lead Perteet’s central Washington design team as we tackle both large and small transportation projects in and around the Wenatchee Valley. I bring 20+ years of project management and civil engineering design to my work with local agencies and WSDOT. My work is transportation design focused, with some transportation planning and public involvement to provide holistic support to all projects. I’m a known leader in my work with APWA’s Washington Chapter, as well as co-chairing the ACEC/WSDOT Project Delivery Committee. I believe that public works projects are the lifeblood of our communities and love providing improvements in places I live, work, and recreate!

About Malisa:

Malisa Enghusen is an experienced Project Manager specializing in Right-of-Way for transportation infrastructure. She aims to be an asset to her partners through her knowledge and experiences, and because of this, she is open to opportunities that will expose her to difficult, complex, and unique project situations. She had known of this association for years and after attending, saw this as an opportunity to get involved, learn more about the Public Works community she supports daily, and give back to an industry she loves being in. When she’s not at work, Malisa spends quality time with her family, playing/watching sports, and finding fun new things to do, collect, and experience with her husband from books, art, food, to games, concerts, Broadway shows, and more!

JJ Didier PE, Perteet
jj.didier@perteet.com

About JJ:

My name is JJ Didier, and I’ve been a member of the Washington APWA Membership Committee since 2018. I am a senior associate at Perteet Engineering, a consultant firm based out of Everett, where I have been my entire career since 2006. I manage transportation and non-motorized design projects around the north Puget Sound region. I also manage our transportation design team in Everett getting to coach and mentor my team on a daily basis.

I got involved with this committee to be an active participant within the APWA community, and have found the friends and connections I’ve made genuine and rewarding. I enjoy this committee because we continue to reach out and make an impact to NEW members of APWA, and share all the great benefits being a chapter member brings. Being part of the committee gives me the opportunity to use my skills in networking and communication while also learning from others, which I find both rewarding and inspiring.
