The Washington State legislature recently enacted new legislation that will require collection of state and local retail sales tax (10.1%) for live and virtual events. New sales tax will be applied to this event.
This course will teach how to effectively manage publicly bid infrastructure projects. From pre-construction aspects of managing schedules and constructability reviews, through construction aspects of utilities and permit compliance and change orders, to post-construction activities including project close out.
