Our Engineering Division offers more than a job – it offers a career. Through a structured engineering career ladder, engineers receive mentorship, increasing responsibility, and opportunities for professional growth while working on meaningful projects that improve the community we serve.

This broad experience provides a unique opportunity to develop into a well-rounded municipal engineer while making a visible impact from day one.
We’re looking for engineers who are collaborative, curious, accountable, and committed to public service. Whether you’re an entry-level engineer eager to learn, a licensed engineer ready to manage projects independently, or an experienced engineer prepared to provide technical leadership, you’ll join a supportive team that values mentorship, innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Located on Washington’s beautiful Olympic Peninsula, Sequim offers an exceptional quality of life, a welcoming community, and outstanding access to outdoor recreation.
