Short Description:
The Contract Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of Public Works contract administration duties. The position supports project staff with the full life cycle of contract management, including accounting, budget monitoring, communications, and grant and loan documentation.
The ideal candidate:
• Has knowledge of government procurement processes;
• Has experience with contract administration and using policy management software PowerDMS;
• Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail in their work; and
• Possesses strong communication and multitasking abilities to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.
