Essential Functions
Coordinates the administration of assigned contracts within the Maintenance Division.
Coordinates, reviews, and tracks contract requirements, terms and conditions, and special provisions to ensure fiscal integrity and adherence to contract terms, agency policies, and federal and state laws and regulations for the Maintenance Division.
Monitor and coordinate with Procurement department for contract amendments, change orders, and contract expiration dates for Maintenance Division contracts. With assistance from Procurement department, ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws.
Assists the Maintenance Technical Services team as needed with research and failure analysis to ensure equitable warranty negotiation and settlements are reached with vendor or service provider per the terms of vehicle purchasing contracts
Assists with parts warranty claims as needed to ensure vendors are accountable to established purchasing terms and agreements
Demonstrates regular and consistent attendance.
Performs related work as required.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in a related field, and
Three (3) years of experience in public procurement, contract administration or accounts payable.
Experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Public sector experience desired. Experience in a vehicle or facilities maintenance environment preferred.
