The NWPWI Executive Leadership Forum is a learning opportunity designed by executive leaders in Public works for new public works executives or for those leaders whose next step is aspiring to be an executive leader,  This forum was developed by executives from both agencies and private consulting companies for leaders in all areas of our APWA family.  You will learn how to effectively lead an organization in the following areas critical to having an ideal public works organization:
