What did we impact in 2023?
From educational sessions to networking, scholarships and advocacy – 2023 was a busy year. APWA thanks everyone that volunteers to make us a vital organization for public works. With your help, we had 1,573 educational attendees, awarded over $17,500 in scholarships, passed 9 bills and successfully opposed 4 bills as well as launching two new programs (Mentorship and Executive Leadership Forum). We also celebrated 7 award-winning projects and 9 teams / individuals striving to make our industry and communities better. The APWA WA Chapter also continues to exhibit best practices for our members which was recognized by the PACE Award from APWA National. Thank you for all you do #iampublicworks!
