Request to create a new Gmail and associated cloud storage provided by Gmail.

Please add requestor name and email for any additional correspondence.
How the Committee will use Gmail.(Required)
If you want the Gmail to forward all emails to another account please include this email above. Note: it will need to be (1) account as that is a Gmail limit. Other users can still manually log into the account and see all emails. This setting can be changed at any time.
Please indicate which email to use as a back-up in the event you are locked out of your account. You can use apwa.washington@gmail.com, however note that requests to reset passwords, etc will only be answered during working hours. You will also need to send an email request to verify this is a valid request and not a bot. This setting can also be changed at any time.
